On November 18, 2022 at 7:30 p.m., a concert "Jo dziedāju, jo skanēja" dedicated to the anniversary of the proclamation of the Republic of Latvia by the group "Latvian Voices" in the Riga cultural center "Iļguciems".
This year, the evening of the national holiday - November 18, will be spent in Iļguciems with a patriotic concert "Jo dziedāju, jo skanēja" by the group "Latvian Voices".
"Latvian Voices" is a professional a cappella group that performs Latvian choral and folk music, world music, as well as original music and arrangements by the group members. One of the core values of the group is to dress Latvia's cultural and historical heritage - Latvian folk songs - in modern a cappella sounds. Since 2009, the group regularly participates in concerts and competitions both in Latvia and around the world, and has successfully released eight music albums. The members of the group are Beāte Krūmiņa (soprano), Laura Jēkabsone (soprano), Dita Belicka (soprano), Paula Pērkone (viola), Una Stade (viola) and Jānis Strazdiņš (bass).
