The Medieval music concert is planned in two parts - in the first part, a musical performance from the 16th century, in which poetry readings and the medieval music will be interwoven. The medieval music ensemble "Freska", actor Grigorijs Salnitis and the accompanying group led by Lenards Gotlubs will perform in the first part of the concert.

In the second part of the concert, contemporary compositions by  former and current members and friends of the ensemble "Fresca", the ensemble "Kretas freska", "Fresca nova" and the senior choir of the Riga Latvian Society "eReLBe".

During its existence, the ensemble "Freska" has participated in various competitions, Medieval music festivals, given countless concerts in palaces and performed concerts with special programs in Latvia and abroad. The main direction of the vocal ensemble is the performance of Medieval music, highlighting and preserving the sound of ancient musical instruments. The vocal ensemble "Freska" is led by Zaiga Lazdiņa-Radziņa.

Entrance ticket price 3.00 EUR. Tickets can be purchased on the day of the concert at the entrance, paying only in cash.
