The musical evenings will take place in an open air setting, for the local residents of the area to relax in a summery atmosphere, forget about the daily rush, to notice that even among the high-rise buildings, it is possible to feel and enjoy summer.
On June 30, performance by the band "Willow Farm". Since 1994, band has been combining various alternative music genre without defining a specific musical style.
In May, the band released their fifth studio album " Mēness jūrā zīmē taku ". The new album includes 10 songs, which stylistically can be described as a mix of indie and other music genre. At this summer's concerts, "Willow Farm" will perform most of its new musical material, as well as songs from their record album " Pasaule ir viss, kas gadās " released two years ago.
Band "Willow Farm" was formed in 1994. Its line-up has changed many times, but its leader and songwriter Emils Dreiblats has been performing with the band from its formation. For four years now Emils Dreiblats son Jānis, has been performing with the band, co-writting most of the new songs, as well as worked as a sound producer for the new album "Mēnes jūrā zīmē taku".
All open-air concerts are free of charge.
