Museum "Riga Art Nouveau Center" on March 14 from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., organizes a program of current information for its cooperation partners - Riga guides, who have already been issued entrance cards to the museum. Group of guides - future cooperation partners - is also being assembled.
On March 14, the museum's specialists will present the news in the preservation of the Art Nouveau cultural and historical heritage and the museum as a popularizer of this heritage. From 18.00 to 19.00 the director of the museum "Riga Art Nouveau Center" Dr. arch. Agrita Tipāne will present the preservation of Art Nouveau cultural and historical heritage, planned exhibitions, events, educational programs and international cooperation projects. On the other hand, from 19:30 to 21:00, project manager Dzintars Gilba will present the current affairs of the museum's collection and the program "Stories of Museum". There will be an opportunity to view the exhibitions "Tiles" and "Cats of Riga".
In addition, we are waiting for applications from new cooperation partners - guides who plan to introduce their customers to the expositions of the museum "Riga Art Nouveau Center". According to applications and the number of interested parties, a full program of "Information days for guides about the museum "Riga Art Nouveau Center" will be organized in April of this year.
The information days are an annual activity that encourages the guides working outside the museum " Riga Art Nouveau Center " to deepen their knowledge of the museum's exposition, in order to popularize Art Nouveau to Latvian and foreign tourists inside and outside the museum. At the end of the program, an "Entrance card to the museum " Riga Art Nouveau Center "" is issued, which gives the opportunity to visit the Museum several times for free, as well as to provide information about the Museum's exhibition groups, which are accompanied by the owner of the said card.
