Culture Palace “Ziemeļblāzma” in co-operation with Latvian florists and  style studio “SIA Belisense” organizes the international festival-concert “Flower Fantasies”. Over the previous years the festival has gained wide recognition. This time it will be held in the park surrounding the Culture Palace “Ziemeļblāzma” which has recovered its beauty after the reconstruction and will feature the florists’ works thus delighting everyone who visits the park.
