students of Riga Choreography School
participate in the musical that is modeled after the fairy play of Maurice Maeterlinck THE BLUE BIRD with the musical motifs of Albert Wolff.

On the Christmas evening a fairy visits two poor children Tyltyl and Mytyl. Fairy is searching for a blue bird for her granddaughter so that she could become happy again. Children, together with the souls of Dog, Cat, Fire, Water, Bread, Milk and Sugar, are headed into the Kingdom of the Night and Future to find the bird. Of course there is a happy ending to the fairy tail, because it is how a Christmas tail should end.
The entrance with THE COST FREE INVITATIONS that can be acquired at Riga St. Peter's church ticket box starting from December 21. Opening hours of ticket box are from 10am until 5.30pm.
Invitations to the show on December 29 are not available.
