On August 18 for the 4th time as a part of the official Riga City Festival activity the Ziemeļblāzma workshop will take place in the park of Culture Palace Ziemeļblāzma. Within the workshop an exhibition RIGA – THE CITY WITH THE NORTHERN LIGHT will be opened to the public at 12.00 and it will be on display daily until October 27 from 9.00 until 19.30.

The selection of the best works from the previous years and items particularly created for this event as well as those form the Folk’s Fine Art Studio’s “Ziemeļblāzma” collection will be exhibited there. This exhibition is homage to the studio’s 45th anniversary as well as to the centenary of Culture Palace “Ziemeļblāzma” and the completion of the reconstruction works.
Along with the outdoor activities there will be a fine art workshop for children in the building premises.
