This time, the spring exhibition of studio "Umbra" is about and around people, their dreams, expressions, ability and inability. The goal with the means of painting was to show the nature of human feelings, the impressions of various situations and temperaments, to look at oneself and one's contemporaries from a different point of view, to indulge in the joy of play. Sketches created in the collage technique, quick drafts of figures and portraits in the studio, giving free rein to the game of lines, areas and images became the formal impetus for the latest works. The absurdity or incompatibility of the situation, the impossibility, as if looking in a crooked mirror, liberates and makes it easier to look at one's efforts, life and problems with humor.

Friends from other art studios in Riga, Ogre and Salaspils have also been invited to participate in the exhibition "Human Comedy".
