In 2012 the association Latvian Folk Art Union will celebrate its 10 years anniversary of operation with an exhibition which is included in the programme of International folklore festival BALTICA 2012. The Festival will take place in early July.

This exhibition is a parade of socially active Latvian craftsmen and artists. These are craftsmen who are active in several genres  of applied works of art. In addition they keep the modern traditions alive by actively working on their own creativity.

Applied Art Exhibition ART & CRAFT does not only depict the ten years of work of the association Latvian Folk Art Union, it sets a modern artistic criteria, highlighting current trends in Latvian traditional crafts.

Exhibit will be open until July 15, 2012
